1) How long does it take to make and have it delivered to me?

Please allow up to 14 weeks for final delivery of customized aircraft models and 8 weeks for customized wooden plaques.

2) Why does it take so long?

It starts out by hand with a degree of precision that machines can't match.The typical time of construction is usually much less than that. We are very picky about details on your model and want you to be truly satisfied.

3) Do you use glued on decals like in the plastic model airplane kits?

Absolutely not! All markings are painted by hand.

4) Can you make it to match the paint scheme and markings I provide?

Yes, most certainly.

5) Do you make metal die-cast models?

No, we only make our products out of pure mahogany hardwood.

6) How will it be shipped to me?

We use the services of FedEx for shipping and delivery.

7) Can I get a discount if I buy more than one?

Yes you can.

8) How much of a discount will I get if I buy more than one piece?

It depends on the size of your order. Send us an e-mail with the quantity of models or plaques you wish to order and we will provide you with a price quote promptly.

9) How many can you make?

We can make as many as you want.

10) Do you make aircraft models in sizes other than the standard desktop size and collector's edition size?

Yes, we can make it to match almost any size you would like up to six feet in length.

11) What about the size of your customized plaques?

The plaques are customized to the size that you want without limit.

12) What if I don't like it?

No problem. Simply ship it back to us for a full 100% refund.
